Capture Your 365: Day 7 – Movement #CY365

#CY365 Day 7 Movement

I’ve decided to add a little inspiration to my blogging and have committed to Capturing my 365 with a photo every day along with whatever words come along with that photo. Today’s photo prompt is Movement.

My friend pointed out that I’d been “Deep” with my interpretations of my 365 photos thus far. Today, there is no hidden meaning, symbolism or deep truth to my photo. It actually came from something that I find as soothing as I do annoying, depending on my mood.

The fish tank in my office, home to Blue Cobra Guppies, sounds like a bubbling river as soon as the water level starts to drop. Between the filter and the air stone, I can hear the movement of the water, the bubbles, the drops. It reminds me of the sound of a stream, the water splashing and flowing over the rocks. (After uploading I noticed my slight reflection in the glass. Can you see me?)

I took this photo with my iPhone 4S in HDR mode and added an Instagram filter. Nothing fancy here although I am increasingly becoming envious of those with nice cameras. Perhaps I’ll put one on my 2013 tech wish list (which includes the iPhone 5, a faster laptop, a better monitor). I really, really want a Mac. I mean, really. But, I don’t see that in the budget for 2013. Perhaps that will go on my five-year plan. Ah, I’ve run off into a tangent and bordered on deep. Back to work I go!!
